1. Can personalised works be designed by order?
Yes, we can design anything you think of and we can apply names to all products using laser engraving application.
2. Can we encounter any disruption/extension on the order delivery date?
Although the entire application process is carried out completely by our team, there may rarely be a disruption in ceramic kilns. However, our company will contact you immediately and reschedule to the earliest date.
3. Is there only one of each product?
Although all of our works are handmade, we have the capacity to make a limited number of mass production. However, due to the fact that the products are handmade, identical samples cannot be created in mass production.
4. Are the products applied by artists or students?
In our stores, the products in the student corner are applied by our students; the rest of the works are applied by our teachers, technicians and our artists and/or designers with whom we cooperate from outside.
